SECTION 5 - CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 4, 2020, Mr. David Sealock and Mr. Travis Schneider resigned as directors of Petroteq Energy Corp. (the "Company"). Mr. Sealock also gave notice of his intention to resign as the Company's Chief Executive Officer effective March 31, 2020. Mr. Alex Blyumkin, the Executive Chairman of the Company, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis upon Mr. Sealock's departure.
